Back by popular demand, this laid-back event is for anyone who's thinking of buying a condo in the next year. Melanie Stone of Coldwell Banker and Chris Kinsella of United Home Loans will explain how to apply for a mortgage, when to begin searching for the right place, what happens once you make an offer and so much more.

Melanie and Chris have taught hundreds of first-time homebuyers how to navigate the process. They've been to some pretty cool Chicago companies, like Uber, Deloitte, Salesforce, Grubhub, Havas Worldwide Chicago, mcgarrybowen, SquarePlanet, Building Social, NCSA and WeWork.

MELANIE STONE

Melanie Stone is a realtor with Coldwell Banker and the girl behind Melanie Stone Chicago, or #MSC. Her business is built around first-time homebuyers. In 2015, she curated and launched "So You Want to Buy a Condo." Since then, she's taught this course across the city at places like Uber, Grubhub and WeWork.

Melanie was recently named to Realtor Magazine's national 30 Under 30 list. She became a member of her company's Sterling Society in 2016, and in 2015, she was named Coldwell Banker City Region's "Rookie of the Year." In 2017, Melanie advanced to the board of directors for the Women's Council of Realtors Chicago Chapter.

When she's not thinking real estate, Melanie writes for her blog, drinks coffee at RH, and unwinds in her cozy Gold Coast home.
